I actually wonder if I could just go without a bra for the five weeks. It would be interesting to see if it mattered.

In Africa, loads of women don't wear a bra, which means they can nurse their babies unimpeded. And bare breasts are seen quite often. The men there seem completely unmoved by them. How was it decided that we westerners should hoik up our busts to an unnatural position, rather than leave them as they are? I've never suffered from back-ache, so apart from 'hanging low' as in your song (tee hee) I can't see much of a problem.

Bras are blooming expensive too. My sister has never worn one, but she's a 32AA, so not the same as me.
