The Ultimate:

"@#$%ing @#$%er's @#$%ing @#$%ed!"

All 4 major parts of speech; adjective, noun, adverb, verb...

I never did hear the actual sentence when I worked on the @#$%ing railway, but I ought to have. I heard it in every imaginable @#$%ing context (usually about every other @#$%ing word) so much so that, 20 years later, I'm still @#$%ing prone to @#$%ing well using the @#$%ing word, even when I'm @#$%ing well trying not to!

@#$%ing British Rail!!!

I had a buddy who used to slot it into other words...

"I hope you're satis-@#$%ing-fied!" was one of his

We play it like this-- where in a multi-syllable word to insert it, for example, "I'll blow you to Ju-@#$%-in'-upiter!"

... as, really, one could hardly say: "I'll blow you to Jupi-@#$%-in'-ter!"

Try it. It will soon take over either your daily pronunci-@#$%in'-ation or at the very least, your pro-@#$%in'-nunciation. And, likely, your men-@#$%in'-tation as well.
