Bert(mudcat) met me at the airport off the plane fron Alaska after a Very early start and brought me here. Tomorrow is also a very early start,the Taxi is ordered for 6 am!!! I could see the Rocky mountains as we came into Denver, and I am looking forward to the train journey. What started out to be a quiet dinner with KT yesterday evening went down hill when a few of the friends I have made during this visit came over and we had a good sing together and much hilarity. there are pix and I will put them up when I can, I am amazed at the number and quality of the friends I am making and meeting on this trip, as the toast (Free Toast!!!) went round last night, "Friends!!!!" |
