I would posit my song about "Pure Finding*" (6th one down). But it is about a chap collecting Dog Crap not spouting it.

*it was a Victorian profession, sold to tanneries to soften leather. Alkaline excreta counteracts the tannic acid used to tan hides. Pigeon poo is used in Arab countries.

Here's one that somehow seems to fit remarkably well. There are plenty more verses around, but sometimes little is more, and these do seem to match the man. (I posted this in a thread a few weeks back, but so what?)
