Subject: RE: Lyr Req: 'Kebab' parody on The Boar's Head From: Kevin Sheils Date: 24 Jan 05 - 04:45 AM Chris Pitt was at the club last night and confirmed that it was, in fact himself who sang it at the Straw Bear where fidjit heard it. He sang it again last night and said he would email me the words to post here, I could possibly remember them but will wait for his email. He also confirmed that it was written by our friend BJ with the last verse assisted by himself. Although based in the Walthamstow area it can't really be from there as BJ is, I believe, from Oldham and Chris from the Watford/Northwood area. |

Subject: RE: parody on The Boar's Head From: Kevin Sheils Date: 23 Jan 05 - 06:58 AM Chris Pitt sings it from time to tiem at our club. If he's there tonight I'll see if I can get words or composer info from him. I think it was written by an old friend of ours that I've not seen for a while called BJ, oddly enough I'm not sure I ever knew his real name in all the years I've known him. |
