AAARGHHH!!!

I was confronted by the shocking sight of what appeared to be Micca, clad only in a tiny black speedo. I uttered a horrified cry and jumped back about 3 feet. The apparition standing before me knitted its heavy brows, glared at me, flashed an aggressive double-fingered sign at me (the opposite to the "V" for victory symbol), and vanished in a puff of smoke!

I'm still feeling quite shaken. I may need to get an exorcism or something like that done here.

Could have been worse, though. It could have been Spaw.

Liz is in the Ardeche at the moment and Phoebe and I have just got back from Broadstairs Festival. It all seems quite normal at the moment but we are about 20 minutes walk from the East Ham riots. Phoebe's friends says that Gregg's is burned out but around 200 Asian youths turned out to keep the rioters away from Green Street which is 5 minutes from us. Green Street is known as the Bond Street of the Indian community which lots of jewellers and posh clothes shops.
Penny has posted on Facebook about the Enfield riots so I guess she is ok.

Safe?? a new and novel use of the word I havent used much, Yeah, I am , I suppose as safe as I can be, I went to East Ham(the local shopping street) the bus went through another shopping area, BOTH were closed, I mean 5am Sunday morning closed, steel shutters the lot, so was the indoor Fruit and Veg market!!. Curiously there were Lots of Public around as much as on a normal Tuesday, but nothing open! I don#t knowwhat these yobs are trying to achievem maybe to ensure that they have to travel a long way to the shops as no one will open business near their areas, they are certainly not helping their communities.

Mary, I've (in theory)got the "place for everything" now all I have to do is shuffle the boxes until "everything is in its place" Little Wugsie is "helping"!! she topples things, Bags of clothing at 2.30 this morning, aand anything she can find, if it is soft she makes a bed of it!!. This place feels "better" already, it has A LOT more natural light and just is (or will be) more "homelike". The move qua move is over!! I am in the New Place, That is I am now "living" there albeit in about 300 cardboard boxes!!! but I can reach the bed the Kettle(and the Tea) and the Bathroom!! Little Wugsie has her own Playpark/adventure playground to explore, she complained ALL DAY at being shut in the bathroom at the New Place while the physical move took place but seemed to forgive quickly when let out again, Now comes the Unpacking and the "if you want anything you have to move/search at least 4 other things first" and the joy of reconnecting my TV/stereo and my computer!!! Deep Joy!! (not) Now is when I could REALLY use some help!! but Nil Desperado as a friend used to misquote,
For those that have it, my phone number is the same, but if you call remember I have to cross something like the Marine Commando Combat course to reach the phone!! Many thaks for all the support ,both in this instaance and over the years I have had here

I'm glad I'm here and not there to help with the move.
I love you Micca but have to draw the line somewhere. I suspect he moves the way he travels and that is just too much for a relatively normal person to bear.
