Call me cynical, but I can't help questioning the reliability of witnesses who have perpetual access to large fields full of opium. If they had to explain the apparent shortfall in a harvest though, that would be one way to do it. Far more convincing than aliens..

Actually it's Mr. Arthur Rodgers of The Cuttings, Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK. who's responsible for the world's crop circles, at least that's what he says.The cooking of Mrs. Betty Rodgers maywell be resposible for these dellusions, probably the mushrooms she uses.
