A few days ago I went googling the La Patrie Motif classical (nylon string) parlor guitar, just to check out its dimensions, thinking about a smallish guitar I can play while sitting in my wheelchair. And ever since then, the bloody guitar has followed me all over the internet!!

Looks like a very nice guitar and it might do for my purposes, but JEEZ all you on-line music stores, I'll let you know when and if I decide, okay? Okay!!???

Ed... I KNOW the voices in my head aren't real but they have some pretty good ideas.

Chimp... I had to turn that off at about two minutes. She can't shoot a shotgun worth shit. And, WTF is that rig good for? The Blackwater has an 18.5" cylinder bore (no alternatives to that crap), Ghost Ring sight (yeah, that's a real good idea in heavy cover; if yer gonna get close enough to touch the target with the barrel, why have such a "fancy" sight anyway?), a pull of 13" (okay, she is a little girl), and it weighs 7.75 pounds (it's only got ONE short-ass barrel!). And that ammo! Short-ass brass (that ain't even brass!) shells?... no wonder she had to get so close... to ballons she couldn't even hit! Mind you, if she wanted to learn real shotgunnin, I'd be the first to volunteer to teach her with my shotguns... gauges 12, 16 and 20... and my smallbore.

Good lord man! I can (could) put ONE hole with two slugs at 100m with my Baikal o/u full/mod... done it, more than once. THAT is a shotgun. And THAT is shooting one. That video actually bother me... I had to turn it off because it is just silly and puts shooters in a bad light. Seriously, if one thinks guns are just fun... aggghhhh.

It's in Chongo's last post above. First video was a bunch of close range stuff with targets, water balloons, etc. 2nd video was shooting at a small target at 150 yards with the same gun...under the heading "Kirsti's good fer that too!" She got I think 5 hits out of 7 shots, 2 near misses. That's good enough for me.

Yeah, Don... That ain't easy... I wouldn't get one anywhere near the target but then again pistols and I don't click... Last one I fired I ended up shooting my equipment trailer which I didn't think could get hit from where I was trying to fire it...

I do better with my "Survival" 410/.022 over/under... Killed every deer I have shot at with it... But then again, I ain't in Don or Rap's league when it comes to shootin' though I was in an NRA shoot club as a kid and qualified for "marksman" (big deal) in military school...

Keep them Kristi video's comin'... She cute... And hot...

No. She's still shootin fancy sights and still can't get the job done. Now, one could debate ammo but the target was big enough to negate that arguement, especially given the fact that she is shootin Foster's Win's (which are good shells - read "consitent"). Chimp, or is it now LH?, the only thing I can say is to echo buddy when he says that is one good lookin shotgun. Made me laugh on accounta I was lookin at her ass too... and that is one fine lookin shotgun.

There are shotguns and there are shooters. She don't got needer. But I would like to teach her.

BTW, if she is so good, why didn't she get any trout when she was lacin shells in the brook in rapid fire? Fun? Crap, I say.

Man, I been shotgunnin since I was 9 years old (55 now, for those that don't know me) and she sucks as a shooter. I could smack that target that with my vent bead that is worn to a nub from heavy cover... no shit... from pushin cover aside... every touch. I don't usually hunt on a range.

In any case, I just guess I was upset by this display of inane disrespect of firearms. Makes for good You Tube though. Maybe if I did a You Tube? But, I ain't got a "shotgun" like that so I doubt if mine would get many hits.
