Subject: RE: Help: badger free zone From: WyoWoman Date: 23 Jun 00 - 09:39 PM How many possums sacrifice their lives for these possum belly overalls? (I suppose the answer to that depends on the size of said overalls...) Despite the badger's reputation, possums are not the sweetest creatures God ever made either...But maybe they have soft bellies. Are they anything like pork bellies? ww |
Subject: RE: Help: badger free zone From: Art Thieme Date: 23 Jun 00 - 10:33 PM When I was singing on riverboats on the Mississippi River, just about every day or two we would pass huge tows---at least 40 barges --- full of molasses. It was a huge part of the trade on the river at that time. It was mind-boggling to realize just how many moles they had to kill to get that much of the stuff. And, no, I don't think Badger Clark was from Wisconsin. Art Thieme |
