Subject: Looking for Molly Malone ABC or Sheet From: MudGuard Date: 04 Mar 02 - 02:28 PM Hi all, as some of you might know I have started playing the tin whistle. Now a friend has also heard this. And he is going to marry in May. He asked me if I can play a tune at his wedding - and he especially asked for the tune of Molly Malone as he first met his wife-to-come "In Dublins fair city". Another friend is creating some new lyrics to the tune to fit the story of the couple and I really would like to play along. Does anyone have this tune as ABC (or as sheet music)? I couldn't find it here in threads or digitrad. Thanks in advance, MudGuard |

Subject: RE: Tune Req: Looking for Molly Malone ABC or Sheet From: MudGuard Date: 04 Mar 02 - 03:01 PM Thanks for all your help! Nutty's (and Masato's) link has all I need - sheet and ABC. Pennywhistle notation is showing which holes of the tin whistle (= penny whistle) are covered and which are not, and a plus for "overblown" notes Spartacus - thanks but I do not understand the chord thing...
