I used to perform a song with this title, but it may not be the same song. First verse begins "Two little boys had two little toys, each had a wooden horse; Together they'd play, night and day, warriors both, of course. . . ." I had thought that this was a very old song ( I learned it more than 30 years ago). If this is the song, I can probably help.
