Okay, it's over now, and I can go to bed which is where I was headed an hour and a half ago. Second to last clip is Dave and Jerry sitting in a couple of chairs in Dave's livingroom playing 'Cluck Old Hen' on acoustic guitar and mandolin. Sorry y'all appear to have missed it. It was worth missing a little sleep for.

Damn, n I get that channel. But I can take comfort that it will be recycled again and again and again...along with all the dross there's been some pretty good music documentaries going around and around.

For beginning-intermediate mandolin players of any age, the Grisman-Garcia "Not For Kids Only" recording features uncomplicated mando parts with superb tone and taste. Well worth emulating. This show sounds well worth taping.

This is on video and dvd in my local library, I've borrowed it that many times it would be cheaper to by it.

SueB...I didn't see it last night but have seen it at least twice...also shows up on HBO and the Stars/Encore package sometimes. Well worth repeated viewings. Glad you caught it B4 going to bed!
