If you have ever used a Somerset CDR-1500S dough rolling machine or something similar, and have instructions, suggestions, tricks and tips, please help. If you have never used such a machine, but have good songs for singing while rolling out dough, those would be nice too.

No help with the machine, but I have some rolling chanties for you:

Roll the Woodpile Down, with its chorus of "Rolling, rpolling, rolling the whole world round..." (very PI lyrics but you could always alter them to be about dough), and South Australia, whose chorus of "Heave away you're a rolling king" is frequently misheard as "Heave away your rolling pin."

Cheers!
Claire

Yes, it's the cursing that's scaring the customers. I'll try the shanties, then.
