We play it like this-- where in a multi-syllable word to insert it, for example, "I'll blow you to Ju-@#$%-in'-upiter!"

... as, really, one could hardly say: "I'll blow you to Jupi-@#$%-in'-ter!"

Try it. It will soon take over either your daily pronunci-@#$%in'-ation or at the very least, your pro-@#$%in'-nunciation. And, likely, your men-@#$%in'-tation as well.

I used to have a book (still have?) of World War II songs and ballads. In it was a song by a squaddie posted to some far flung outpost of the country. It is called "Fucking Halkirk". The "F" word is used on every line which may seem like overkill, but in fact only serves to heighten the sense of despair and frustration. If I come across it over the weekend I'll post it here.

Allegedly true story about Douglas Bader, a famous British WWII Fighter Ace.
After the war he was giving a talk at a college for young ladies, and mentioned an incident when "Two German fuckers dived at me out of the sun".
In the shocked silence, the head mistress stood and reminded the girls that the "Fokker" was a type of german plane.
"Quite right headmistress, but these fuckers were flying Messerschmits" came the reply

I never worked on the railroad, but I was in the armed forces for seven years, and I have, indeed, heard the F word used as four parts of speech in one sentence -- by a vehicle technician struggling with an unbudgeable wheelnut on a deuce-and-a-half with a flat tire. It was winter. It seemed appropriate.

I've seen someone working on the same problem. Some WD-40 and a 6' 'breaker' bar with 3 guys jumping up and down on it did the trick. The F-word wasn't required, but then, it was summer, and it was Arizona.

Personally, I think it works best when plonked in the middle of adjectives or adverbs (for emphasis), or when in a string of cursing (for severe disgruntlement) as in "fuckin' son-of-abitch fuckin' bastard asswipe piece of fuckin' shit lugnut" or something similar.

Well, this ain't the kinda thread that I would ordinarially jump in on but like my buddy, brucie, I don't use the "F" word but I'm sure there are times when it is applicable in some folks lives... but...

Let me tell you about my brother... H eac'r make a sentence without the F word. Same with my attorny, which is even scarier since if I'm in court with him I am afraid that he goinna come out with somethin' like, "Well, yer F'n Honor, my F'n client...."

Fir lots of folks who should knoew better, they apparently don't. Not only is it a bad word, but its, ahhh, just indicative of a bad speeech "pattern"...

Awwww, never-F'n-mind....

"Fuck you and the horse you rode in on." (Western-style cowboy)

"Get tae fuck!" (Piss off, I presume?)

"Fuckin' A ditty-bag!" (U.S. Navy sailor expression meaning: "Damn right!")

Abso-fuckin-lutely (Defined on the http://www.urbandictionary.com website as an expression confirming that a factual chunk of information is undeniably, and indisputably true.)

P.F.M. (Pure fuckin' magic, as my Scots pals used to say)

"Well, fuck me pink!" (eureka!)

"Get the f--k oudda he-ah!" (New York for, "you're kidding me!")
