Full body. Never considered too carefully whether checking that box on my driver's licence was sufficient. Guess I'll have to check that out. And start giving blood again...at some point I heard they didn't want your blood for two years after starting a new heterosexual monogomous relationship and I just got out of the habit. For a while, I don't think they even wanted your blood if you'd been to the UK recently (mad cow fears). Dieting now...I expect blood donation is a good way to lose wieght.
