You could use the threatened defense for any criminal act. They did it so you would protest aginst the government. If they did not think there would be anti-war protest, they would not murder these innocent people. No protest no murders of innocent people. They would instead be murdering the people that threaten them. It is not that hard to figure out. Uncle Sam
