Well, as Nick knows, I play most weeks at the Blacksmiths Arms in Farlington and I write my own stuff and own the copyright to it. But although I can do this legally, it won't be much fun if there is no-one there to listen to it! And equally, I wouldn't have much fun if no-one else can play and sing. Nick is right - even if we don't like the answer to the question, we have to ask the brewery. And it would be nobody's fault for asking.
