I am thinking of Jeff Beck's version of it. I've heard many versions but it's the old Jeff's that is getting to me at present. The song is brilliant. Whatever the lyrics mean, and they are clear, it is the feelings that the totality of the song engenders including my own life 'sound track' as it were. Given that, a song can't achieve significance unless it has a number of extremely intelligent elements going on in my humble opinion.
