The website "counterpunch" carries a very pertinent aand insightful article by the american jewish writer Norman Finkelstein entitled" The Facts About Hamas and the War on Gaza". He makes a detailed argument that time and time again it is Israel ,backed up by the USA which has blocked a settlement of the Israeli/Palestine crisis. Well worth reading. Finkelstein is a hated figure among Zionists and was denied entry to Israel when he tried to enter the country a few months ago. ifor
