Today I'm off to a local cafe for some kind of omelet (with mushrooms if available), maybe one of their bacon-and-cheddar muffins, and definitely a big latte. These days during the work week it's usually a Clif bar, Luna bar, or something similar, no prep required and I can eat it while dressing, then a cup of coffee when I get to the office. I like my oatmeal with salt and butter, and have it for dinner as often as for breakfast.
