What an odd thread. Egg fried rice, made with last-night's left-over rice, a few frozen peas, a spring onion, seasoning and a little soy sauce. And an egg, obviously. I sometimes like a sardine with egg-fried rice, I don't know why it works so well, but anyway I hadn't got any. It's usually some type of chicken on a raft, occasionally with unsmoked bacon or one of my secret stash of sausages from Kitridding Farm, and I'm very partial to a kipper. And strong Kenyan tea.
