NO PROOF WHATSOEVER THAT THAT AMMUNITION IS CURRENTLY BEING USED TO KILL ANYONE IN HOMS

Not at all Christmas that is how those responsible for defining and classifying weapons have called it on behalf of a whole rake of international organisations and courts - I accept their classification and their rulings, were they to change them tomorrow I would accept those immediately.
