Well I'm not sure of Mr Bragg's latest stuff. Even when he was from Barking, he never wrote about it. 17th century civil war heroes ( abit like some grammar school project) and the milKman of human kindness (nice little allusion to Macbeth slipped in there!) However he has been a very successful writer and performer for most of my life. Financially he's more upper class than middle.
