Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Bobert Date: 28 Mar 08 - 07:45 PM I love the concept, Skivz... A Mister Potato Head game for the current campaign... If we had mthought of this before we'd still be runnin'... Nevermind, juist don't put McCaion's jowels on me... I have enough difficulty getting my sweatshirts over my head as it is, thank you... B;~) |

Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 28 Mar 08 - 07:37 PM Time for another beard in the White House. If Clinton gets in Bill cab grow it. But I think a beard would suit Obama rather well - he looks a bit too boyish for a man of 46. A beard would add gravitas. Bushy but neatly trimmed. |

Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Skivee Date: 28 Mar 08 - 12:54 PM Would Hillary look better with Richardson's beard? Would James Carville look better with Hillary's hair? Would Macain look better with Obama's jowls? Should Senator Clinton stop buying her pant suits at Target? These are all questions of substantial substance, not just appearent appearence. I blame the French...again. |

Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: dick greenhaus Date: 28 Mar 08 - 11:39 AM I've been wondering..if Richardson is Judas, what does that make Hillary? |
Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Bill D Date: 27 Mar 08 - 04:49 PM Well, at least they'll be able to finance the campaign |
Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: irishenglish Date: 27 Mar 08 - 04:38 PM Obama/Richardson sounds pretty good. Plus Richardson looked a lot better at the Obama rally with the beard, maybe he should have had that when he was running! |

Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Bobert Date: 27 Mar 08 - 04:29 PM Okay, Hell with it... It's Clinton/Satan... |
Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Bill D Date: 27 Mar 08 - 04:13 PM That would work...Hell is in Michigan. |
Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: KB in Iowa Date: 27 Mar 08 - 04:04 PM I guess that leaves Satan. |

Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Jack the Sailor Date: 27 Mar 08 - 03:13 PM Likewise Snidley Whiplash must be Canadian as his foe is Dudley Do Right. |
Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Skivee Date: 27 Mar 08 - 03:04 PM Now, Bobert, I have to remind you that Charles can't run 'cause of that felony conviction thing. Plus the campaign would have to spend a fortune getting his cute little prison tattoo photoshopped off all those pictures. |

Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Bobert Date: 27 Mar 08 - 02:31 PM Edwards didn't even carry North Carolina in '04 so it is very unlikely he'd be chosen as a VP... Better Attorney General... The short list of VP's for Obama are Bill Richardson (my choice), Mark Warner or Jim Webb... The short list of VP's if Clinton steals the nomination are Satan, Snively Whiplash and Charles Manson... B;~) |

Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: GUEST,Jack the Sailor Date: 27 Mar 08 - 02:10 PM McCain/Rice v Obama/Ferraro would force them all to talk about the issues. No race cards no gender cars no age cards. |
Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Ebbie Date: 27 Mar 08 - 02:06 PM Incidentally, I think that an almost unbeatable combination would be Obama/Gore. |
Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: Ebbie Date: 27 Mar 08 - 01:51 PM II suspect that an almost unbeatable combination on the Republican side would be McCain/Rice. Maybe not, though. If the war were still uppermost in voters' minds that would be true, I think. The word, however, is that the economy is currently of the greatest concern. And that should mean that McCain/Rice would be weak. |

Subject: RE: BS: A Little Political Question From: GUEST,Jack the Sailor Date: 27 Mar 08 - 12:12 AM If Edwards takes the job, he'd be an excellent point. Maybe a governor from a swing state might be a bit better. |
