Signed Country Gentlemen album, year?

The record in Question features the John Duffy, Charlie Waller, Eddie Adcock and Ed Ferris lineup which would date it between mid-1964 to early 1969. It turns out, according to the discography in their box set that the LP was issued in 1967 and the booklet for the box set "The Early Rebel Recordings 1962-1971" says that thr Roanoake Bluegrass Festival was held in Fincastle Va in September of 1966.

No live redordings for Rebel (The LP in question and the recordings from the Mooncusser that are spread through "Yesterday & Today Vols. 1-3) were issued in the box set. I don't think that these recordings have been issued domesticly in the USA on a CD.

To be a bit more clear, the four Gents mentioned were together only in the period between March and December of 1969. That dates the signing but it does not date the record.

According to a discography I've just come across:

The Country Gentlemen Sing live from the stage of the Roanoke Bluegrass Festival was released in the U.S and Japan(?) in 1967. On the Zap label. numbered Zap ZLP101(US)and on the Seven Seas label numbered Seven Seas 6023(Japan)

That record dates from (no earlier than) March of 1969. By December, McGlothlin (who was a mis-cast electric base player) was gone, replaced by a fine singer and base player named Bill Yates. Hence: "mid 1969".

I recently found an old Country Gentlemen album signed by all four members of the band. The name of it is Country Gentlemen sing Live from the Roanoke Bluegrass Festival. Does anyone know the year of the album or the importance of the find. I don't know much about the Roanoke Bluegrass Festival but the signing members are Charlie Waller, Eddie Aycock, Jimmy Gardreau, and Ed. McGlothlia i think.
