Subject: RE: BS: Mercury visible From: Keith A of Hertford Date: 27 Apr 09 - 03:16 AM Last night I posted in the Walkabouts thread by mistake> I just said how it was a rare if not spectacular sight in UK and how it was usually hard to find. The lovely crescent, with the old moon in its arms, showed the way perfectly. Thanks Penny. Did you get a picture? |

Subject: BS: Mercury visible From: Penny S. Date: 21 Apr 09 - 02:47 PM Don't know if anyone's interested, but Mercury is visible in the west tonight, about 7.30, local time (or 8.30 summer time) and then on for a while. (I'm afraid I missed part of the first set of the brilliant blues at Fox and Hounds last night trying to photograph it.) Penny |
