Subject: RE: Shanties at Lancaster Music Festival From: scowie Date: 10 Oct 10 - 04:23 AM Just picked up the comment, great Birthday bash, superb singing, staff and locals amazed!and we drank the place out of Guiness despite them ordering double stocks. I enjoyed it so much I intend to have another next year, so I'll have to dodge the Devil for another twelve months. Regard this as advanced warning! Cheers Scowie. |

Subject: RE: Shanties at Lancaster Music Festival From: GUEST,Blowzabella sans cookie Date: 07 Oct 10 - 11:01 AM There is a rumour that the performances which were scheduled to have taken place in the Maritime Museum have had to be pulled because the Museum doesn't have a Premises License and no TEN had been served. As far as I know the pub schedules will not be affected. I am not, however, involved with the festival and I don't know anyone who is. My info came from someone who works on the quayside. |
