Subject: RE: BS: fracking in pennsylvania From: Q (Frank Staplin) Date: 09 Oct 11 - 04:16 PM Previous threads- Gas fracking disaster looms- 130662 Fracking disaster Gas fracking comes to Britain- 130089 Fracking Britain Much more by googling. Formerly employed in the oil & gas business, fracking worries me, since most of the target formations are at relatively shallow depths, and water aquifers could be damaged. |

Subject: RE: BS: fracking in pennsylvania From: olddude Date: 09 Oct 11 - 02:42 PM been doing it for quite some time. I was born in one of the most pristine areas of PA ... beautiful clean mountain water .. National forest. Now my inlaw's camp that had the greatest drinking water you ever tasted smells like gas from the fracking up on the hill ... if this stuff continues there will be no drinking water anywhere. |
