Subject: RE: BS: Supermoon From: keberoxu Date: 20 Mar 19 - 01:53 PM It says here -- National Geographic that the worm moon has not occurred on the vernal equinox in 19 years. First it was a full worm moon, now it's a super worm moon? |

Subject: RE: BS: Supermoon From: Donuel Date: 19 Mar 19 - 08:06 PM Blame Native Americans and astrophysicists Jos. I thought a super moon was exposure of the buttocks by an obese person. |

Subject: RE: BS: Supermoon From: Jon Freeman Date: 19 Mar 19 - 03:19 PM Dunno Jos. It looked nice and bright through the skylights in the living room last night though.I think the full moon is tomorrow. |

Subject: RE: BS: Supermoon From: Jos Date: 19 Mar 19 - 02:32 PM Where did all this fuss about different kinds of moons come from? We used to have just new moons, full moons, harvest moons and blue moons (and nobody bothered laboriously explaining what that meant). Now we have wolf moons, ice moons, snow moons, blood moons, and even super wolf blood moons (or is it super blood wolf moons?). And every other full moon seems to be announced as a super moon the like of which will not be seen again for many years. |

Subject: BS: Supermoon From: keberoxu Date: 19 Mar 19 - 12:29 PM The full moon this month goes by a number of names. It's the thrid of three "supermoons" this year alone. Just found out that the full moon in March used to be known as the Full Worm Moon. full moon? or full worms? |
