He hasn't carried anyone else's case in my memory, so maybe this is his way of flattering his ex-students and making the ever-receding goal recede even further for his current ones. The deluded students fight to carry his luggage, it is pathetic. He has to fight them off when he goes to the airport, etc. I have seen fistfights break out over Rick's carryon luggage. Those of us who are undeluded, and are not worthy even to carry his flatpicks, enjoy this macabre spectacle. yours, Peter T. |

Given the fact we're scattered round the globe, I think the chances of ever getting to meet most people directly is pretty remote. But faces and pictures make people real, and that probably helpd to keep us more civil than we might sometimes become in times of disagreement.
So I really wish there were lots more people putting pictures into the rogues gallery. If they are shy, and want to stay anonymous, they could always wear disguises or false beards or even masks. Or cartoons. |

So now you can see me in Mudcat Resources for the first time. Must be lots of new (and old) members who aren't there. It's good to be able to see what people really look like- it's usually very different from my mental image created from reading text messages. I'll send the details of my Mudcat Gathering photos too. "Mudcat Resources" was a good name when bbc ran it as an external site. I changed the name so it would be more descriptive for our collection of members' photos, email addresses, birthdays and profiles. Many thanks to bbc for starting this section and for the many hours of work she contributed. Thanks also to all who have contributed photos and info. You can access Member Photos & Info (http://www.mudcat.org/photos/index.cfm) through the Quick Links drop-down menu. I hope to add it to the banner soon. I have added a few features and made a few changes to the design. I plan to make several more improvements soon. To submit photos (in .jpg format) or info please e-mail me at jeff@mudcat.org or send me a personal message. If you have your photos online, you can send me the URL. Let's have more submissions, folks.
