A + "The Black Pig"

It reminds me of the time when the dear old Grauniad published answers then expected readers to guess the question.

Sooz, are you sure it is "six times nine"? I (and Douglas Adams) would say it is "six times seven".

What is the question, if the answer is 42 ? ;-)

There is only one "ultimate question" - What is six times nine?

If 'Why' is the ultimate question, then either 'Why not', or 'Because, must be the ultimate answer.

Does it have anything to do with hamsters with or without a p.

(And in my experience, hamsters usually have a p, and usually over your important papers)

Glad to help on these in-ta-lect-u-all questions any time.

In German, Deutlish is called Denglisch.

pole is pronounced without the e at the end in English, Pole (the German word for a man from Poland) is pronounced as two syllables - the e is spoken.

vaulter is pronounced with the first vowel sounding almost like the German vowel o (not quite, but similar - almost like the au in English "Paul"), but Walter is pronounced with an a as in English word "far" (not as long though).

So this example too does not really work...

It is if you speak Deut-lish (a synthesis of english-german,like Franglais) it would go "Bitte schon, "Is the name Valter spelled with a V" "Nein( pronounced"english as Nine) double-u"

From: MudGuard

Micca, that can't be.

Either it is pronounced English, then it is
nine, double-u (or in a German way of writing it "accoustically")
Nein dabbeljuuh

Or it is pronounced German, then it is
Neun we.

"Neun" is pronounced very different from "nein".

German "eu" is pronounced like "oy" in the English word "boy".
German "ei" is pronounced like "i" in the English word "nine".

so we have "noyne" as opposed to "nine".

Not very similar.

The question is "If the answer is Chicken Sukiyaki, what is the question?" ;-)

"Chicken Sukiyaki" is the answer to many questions.
For example:
What did MudGuard not have for dinner last night?
What did MudGuard not have for breakfast yesterday?
What will MudGuard not have for breakfast tomorrow?
...

Perhaps if you are more specific, the answer er the question could be more specific...
