Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: GUEST Date: 22 Apr 04 - 11:27 AM interesting that the duck can swim backwards. |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: Mrs.Duck Date: 22 Apr 04 - 07:26 AM Well I finally got to see the duck on works computer but they denied access to the Kitty Carnage - spoilsports bet the kids would have loved that! |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: The Fooles Troupe Date: 21 Apr 04 - 10:53 PM Yeah, there just didn't seem to be any point in just feeding the duck with nothing else happening after a while. Began to wonder if it would explode if you overfed it and that sort of thing. I was able to get more than 5 pieces of bread going at once, especially if you threw them all over the place. For those who wanted to shoot the helpless litle animals, I might suggest Clay Kitten Shooting Robin |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: YorkshireYankee Date: 21 Apr 04 - 10:12 PM Bruce, I'll go with B, cos the same thing happened to me, only I only fed it a dozen or so bits of bread, & it never occurred to me to try to shoot it... (guess I just don't have a cruel streak, unlike others around here! ;-) ) YY |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: Shanghaiceltic Date: 21 Apr 04 - 09:59 PM BTW Duck tongues and feet are considered an even better delicacy in China. Lucky they are dead when those bits are taken, otherwise there would be loads of mute wheelchair bound ducks ;-) Still cannot get that quicktime to work. |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: Liz the Squeak Date: 21 Apr 04 - 08:12 PM No, don't shoot cute little Duckies - wait until they are bigger and then there will be more meat on them! LTS |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: Bee-dubya-ell Date: 21 Apr 04 - 07:28 PM After feeding the duck about 50 pieces of bread it got very boring. So, I started looking around for a shotgun to shoot the thing with. Couldn't find one. So I hit the back button on my browser and my browser crashed. Moral of the story: Either (A) "Don't think evil thoughts about shooting cute little duckies." or (B) "Quicktime sucks!" Bruce |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: Mrs.Duck Date: 21 Apr 04 - 02:53 PM Personally I could do without snide comments Dave! 'Fraid it wouldn't open on ours as we don't have quicktime and don't want to download as it hijacked our system last time but thanks for thinking of me, Robin. |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: John MacKenzie Date: 21 Apr 04 - 02:53 PM There are only 5 pieces of bread at any one time, so the duck must be om a diet. John |

Subject: RE: BS: Feed the Duck! From: Rapparee Date: 21 Apr 04 - 08:56 AM That's one interesting duck. I musta fed it a whole bakery of bread and it didn't gain an ounce OR swim away, sated. In fact, I was able to create a "fountain of bread" effect to no effect. Hungry l'il bugger, that. |
