Hello,
Muppet is doing a jig in Hull at Marlbrough Club, Newstead Street, Hull, on 2nd of December, and Harri Watts Band will be supporting him.
we usually start at 9, but this time we will start at8pm, so folk can see more of him.

It will be good, so make sure you go, any way=its exacly 2 months, you got plenty of chance to write it in your dairy, so no excuses for people not going.

El Ted is muppets manager, and is sorting out final details of his contract, but up to now, he wants loads of ale, and a big pile of marmite butties in his dressing room, Ted is sorting out other requirments as I write this.

MUPPETT at MARLBOROUGH CLUB, HULL 2ND DEC.

I hope the little bugger doesn't back out of this one like he did with the Baghdad gig I arranged for him!

Hi Muppett - if you are floor spotting at Julie Ellison's gig at the Topic FC in November we could comit your prize winning musicality to CD (I'll probably be recording that night).

Count me in for a copy of that, John – being 'dahn sahf', I haven't heard Muppet's dulcet tones for donkey's years. Not since the Appledore folk weekends of the 80's in fact.

No problem Muppett - I have yet to call the featured support ("Lyte Flyte") to sort out their PA requirements - but sorting out a mic for you will not be a problem - will have to tie a knot in my hanky to remember the hard disc recorder though!

See you then (if not before).

Muppet-did you ever been to Hull before?
if not, its easy enough to find=
Just drive along the M62 until you smell fish, wehn you get into Hull, look out for an old bloke with a beard and a bazooki [les], you will give you some marmite butties, and show you where the flok club is.

Muppet will unfortunately not be able to sell you his new CD because he turned up too late to Julie's gig at the Topic and didn't get a floor spot so I didn't get a chance to record him. I think he may have got drunk instead.
