Looking for more lyrics to an old (early 60s) folk song called "Dirty Lil" - not the porno version.

Lyrics I remember are:
Dirty Lil Dirty Lil
Lived on top of a garbage hiil
Never washes - never will
Dirty Lil

In her eye there is some matter that keeps dripping in the batter
and she whistles while the snot runs down her nose
Dirty Lil Dirty Lil
Lived on top of a garbage hiil
Never washes - never will
Dirty Lil

I found this from an old, 1998, thread about two-chord songs:

There was a scout camp parody we used to do that requires only one chord:

Dirty Lil, Dirty Lil,
Lives on top of Garbage Hill.
Never washes, never will,
(Hochh, ptoo!) Dirty Lil.

Melody is - in the key of C:
EGG EGG
EGGAEDC
EGGAEGG
(hack, spit) EDC

I knew an old feller and his name was Bill
He lived on top of Garbage Hill
He never took a wash and he never will
    Oo, yuk, dirty old Bill.

Oh I went to San Francisco and I walked around the block
I walked right into a donut shop
I pulled a donut out of the case
And I handed the woman a 5 cent piece

Well she looked at the nickel and she looked at me
She said "This nickel is no use to me,
There's a hole in the middle and it goes right through."
Says I "There's a hole in the donut too!"

Railroad Bill, Railroad Bill,
Never worked and never will.
Ride on, Railroad Bill.

63. Dirty Lil

The Opies in their Lore and Language of Schoolchildren give a variant from English youngsters (p. 20):

I'm dirty Bill from Vinegar Hill;
Never had a bath and never will.

and also quote a Negro rhyme printed in Talley's Negro Folk Rhymes (1922,
p. 94) which is an antecedent form of "Dirty Lil," entitled 'Wild Negro
Bill":

I'se Wild Nigger Bill
From Redpepper Hill,
I never did wo'k an' I never will.

I'se done killed de Boss.
I'se knocked down de hoss.
I eats up raw goose with apple sauce.

I'se Run-a-way Bill,
I know dey mought kill,
But ole Masser hain't cotch me, an he never will!

[The Opies only give the first stanza. The complete text is from Talley]

The contemporary form of "Dirty Lil" appears in "Old American Ballads" (1952, p, 39). Eighteen texts of the song in the IUFA [Indiana University Folklore Archives] are from
Michigan State students, one was collected on the Indiana University campus, and a half dozen or so have come from high schools in both states.

A 1949 Michigan State variant [Collected by Sally Snider] alters the lyrics to fit the "I know a girl..." pattern commonly found in "Hey La Li Lo" (#35) and other songs
with the same verse pattern:

Dirty Lil, Dirty Lil,
Lives on top of Garbage Hill.
She won't do it, but her sister will.
Ack pooey. Dirty Lil.

Jean Anderson, also of Michigan State, reported the following take-off on "Dirty Lil" in 1950:
(Say the following words in a bored tone of voice)
Slightly soiled Lillian,
Slightly soiled Lillian,
Resides on the summit of a garbage pavillion.
Never bathed, never will.
(clear throat) Slightly soiled Lillian.

The tune used is "Little Brown Jug

63 . I [[Richard Reuss]] learned these lyrics at freshman camp at Ohio Wesleyan University in September, 1958, and as such it was the first college song I heard within a campus setting.

Dirty Lil, Dirty Lil,
Lives on top of Garbage Hill.
Never washes, never will
Whhctt Pttu [make spitting sound]. Dirty Lil!

Dirty Lil

Dirty Lil, Dirty Lil
Lives up on garbage hill
Never washes, never will
Hoo-ee!
Dirty Lil!

Dirty Pete, Dirty Pete
Always smells like rotten meat
Cannot stand to wash his feet
Hoo-ee!
Dirty Pete!

Dirty Tess, Dirty Tess,
Never washed a single tress
Her hair was such a total mess
Hoo-ee!
Dirty Tess!

Dirty Luke, Dirty Luke
Never showered, the filthy kook
Stunk so bad it made you puke
Hoo-ee!
Dirty Luke!

Have fun making up your own verses with the names of friends! Sing this
one to the tune of "The Little Brown Jug."

RALPH McGILL
They Were Singing,
And at 6 A.M., Too

UNIVERISTY OF MIAMI-(By Mail)--
Later on I learned it was 6 o'clock. At the time
I knew only that it was dark and that a terrific
burst of singing by several hundred voices
was coming up beneath my window.

I sat up, listening. The voices rang clearly:

"Oh, Dirty Lil, Dirty Lil,
From up on Garbage Hill,
Never took a bath and she never will.
Tra, la-tra, la la,
There never was a girl like Dirty Lil."

They finished the song and sergeant's voice (all sergeants'
voices sound alike) began shouting the cadence:

"Hup, tup, thrup, foah!
"Hup, up, thrup, foah!"

By this time another company was well in sound of hearing and
down the road I could hear still another.

They gave me "Roll Out the Barrel," but the ext one was more
Versatile:

"Oh, there are Rotterdam Dutch
And the Amsterdam Dutch . . .
.........................!!!
Oh, the Lord made the Irish,
He didn't make much,
But they're a whole lot better
Than the blank blank Dutch."

There were many ore songs: "Tipperary," "Smiles," "Underneath
the Bamboo Tree," "Lulu," One Keg of Beer for the Four of Us,"
"Put a Nickel on the Drum," and so on.

Only once did I hear one of the war songs of this war. That
was the marching song of the Royal Air Force, "I've Got Sixpence
to Spend and Sixpence to Lend."

So far, I judge, no one has written a song the men like to sing
except some of their own coposers. I have not yet had time to
do any research on "Dirty Lil From Garbage Hill." Whether she
be new or has long been celebrated in song I do not know. They
like Dirty Lil.

April 13, 1944. "They Were Singing, And at 6 A.M., Too", Atlanta Constitution. Expurgation in the original.
