Remarkable parallels so far in the stories of William Zinzanger and Saud Abdulaziz bin Nasser al Saud, found guilty at the Old Bailey in London of the murder of his servant Bandar Abdulaziz

We shall soon see whether the endings of the stories are similar

Man of wealth and influence murdering a defenceless servant for no apparent reason and found guilty in a court of law

Just waiting to see if there is a final similarity either in the sentence or in any diplomatic deals after the event.

He'll be sentenced to life. And before very long the option of serving his sentence in Saudi Arabia will be made available.

What happens next if he were sent back would depend on how much influence his family has back home - and also how they see such matters, particularly the homosexual aspect.

He might indeed prefer not to take up that option.

Minimum of poetic license ? you too have a good imagination, Zantzinger ' tapped ' her on the shoulder with a toy cane, her death was caused by an undiagnosed heart condition, not like Bob said,

William Zanzinger killed poor Hattie Carroll,
With a cane that he twirled round his diamond ringed finger.

You don't kill someone buy tapping them on the shoulder.
You should research the old thread about Billy Zantzinger, all the truth is there if you look.

As homosexuality is officially banned in Saudi Arabia, I suspect that this Saudi prince will claim asylum in the UK - once he's finished his 'bird' that is. Not sure what the sentence is in Saudi for homosexuality, but under Sharia law I don't suppose it would be 200hrs community service.

The sentence for homosexuality in Saudi Arabia is death. I think it is automatic too, no discussion or bargaining.

I haven't changerd my mind Rafflesbear, he was a total shithouse of a human being, but the facts remain the same.

This Saudi Prince is on film violently assaulting his victim with his fists, leaves, then comes back for another go, how does this compare with Zantzinger hitting Hattie Carroll once on the shoulder with a toy cane ?

It isn't the first time that a servant has been badly treated and probably many more acts of cruelty going on right now. I predict that a few more stories of cruelty will come to light as it does after cases like these.

Why is this thread BS and not above the line? ~~ it is explicitly referent to Bob Dylan's {imo} best song [tho I have read , & contribd to, previous threads on it and know its historicity is not 100% accurate].
