Subject: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Little Hawk Date: 20 Nov 08 - 08:31 PM Here I was thinking the little guy had gone to Hamster Heaven long ago, but no! Check this out: The new star of Hawaii Five O reloaded! He appears to have adopted the stage name "Jack Lord" in order to give the show as much continuity as possible. I'm predicting a major hit for this one. |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Amos Date: 20 Nov 08 - 08:57 PM Aw, dear Jayzus LH... why don't you have him go have a nice long talk with Ozymandias, Jesus, Lao-Tsu, or Mister Magoo? They could make up a team and find a yellow brick road to skip along.... A |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Little Hawk Date: 20 Nov 08 - 11:29 PM There is definitely something wrong with you, Amos, old buddy. ;-) I don't know what the heck it is, but I hope it gets fixed soon. Geez! I would have thought that news Corridus is alive and actively pursuing a new career would have made your day. |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Amos Date: 21 Nov 08 - 01:02 AM Actually, I dn't care one way or the other. Chinga, though, was delighted at the news as she was looking for a new cabaret act for the front business in her Milwaukee house of ill-repute. I told her she wasn't fooling anybody, but she says that's nt the point. You make the effort so the fuzz will see you're playing the game and not making trouble for anyone. Get along, go along. Corridus would wear a cowboy hat and gallop along a giant exercise wheel hung from the ceiling while girls in bikinis throw vegetables at him.... A |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Little Hawk Date: 21 Nov 08 - 12:41 PM That's what I mean when I say there's something wrong with you, Amos...this continual obsession with Chinga! You just can't stop talking about her. Are you experiencing some kind of remorse over past illicit acts you have engaged in or what is the problem? I'm beginning to think that you know more about that Milwaukee house of ill-repute than you are letting on. Got a fetish for really hairy females? With really long arms? Hmmm? |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Amos Date: 21 Nov 08 - 01:03 PM Funny, now, isn't it, how well you can describe her? You must be coming out of denial. A |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Little Hawk Date: 21 Nov 08 - 02:02 PM Uh-oh! I hear the clicking sounds of tiny teeth. That means an angry hamster, and that means TROUBLE! I can just hear Corridus grimly saying, "Book 'im, Freddie!" as Freddy the White Rat claps the handcuffs on Amos and they drag him away. |
|
Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Rapparee Date: 21 Nov 08 - 02:39 PM Amos will be in drag? |
|
Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Amos Date: 21 Nov 08 - 04:07 PM I wonder if hamster and white rat would make a good stew together. I could use the furs to make very tiny slippers for an aging Munchkin or something. A |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Little Hawk Date: 21 Nov 08 - 04:20 PM Da-da-da-dum-Daaaaaa-Da! Da-da-da-dum-Daaaa! Boy, it's gonna be great having this classic show back on TV with a brand new beady-eyed cast. |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Rapparee Date: 22 Nov 08 - 10:11 AM Yeah, I guess. I never watched the first one, so this one won't be any surprise. |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Little Hawk Date: 22 Nov 08 - 01:38 PM Look, it had the best theme music of any TV show in history. |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Charley Noble Date: 22 Nov 08 - 08:21 PM This thread will come to a bad end! Why am I reminded of the rats and the sad demise of Bishop Hatto? "They have whetted their teeth against the stones, And now they pick the bishop's bones, They gnawed the flesh from every limb, For they were sent to do judgment on him!" Charley Noble |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Rapparee Date: 22 Nov 08 - 09:46 PM Never. And the theme from "Peter Gunn" was far cooler. |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: wysiwyg Date: 19 Dec 08 - 11:14 PM I head that Shatner has been booked to play the Hawaii Five-O role Corridus initiated on Broadway, tho, in the TV version. Buzz is that a net survey showed so many Mudcat hits (many more than Corridus') that it was concluded that Shatner had a HUGE potential market share, so...... they plugged him in. Corridus will get to do personal appearances in costume, only. In the end, Danno booked Bill. ~S~ |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Rapparee Date: 20 Dec 08 - 12:24 PM A ham instead of a hamster, eh? |

Subject: RE: BS: Corridus in Hawaii Five O remake!!! From: Little Hawk Date: 20 Dec 08 - 12:31 PM I think that Shatner could lend much authority to the cast of the new show, but in the role of an "elder statesman", so to speak, who provides legal expertise (much like his "Denny Crane" character) while Corridus handles the action. Corridus will still be the "leading man", but Shatner will play a key part nonetheless. |
