I agree, Art. How can one posit an answer to Spaw when nobody has yet been able to determine what the question is? Or is this one of those "42" type things. Here's the answer: "Colonblow". What's the question?

But, just in case Spaw should happen to actually try the product and shit so hard that his balls fall off and get flushed away, he might find THIS LINK of interest.

I didn't read very much of the text or spend time analyzing the picture. I can believe the story is made up. The picture may well be also. It is so gross that I'll gladly leave it to someone else to analyze it closely and tell how it was done & that it really a lot of plastic tubing or whatever.
