Subject: BS: Twas the night before Mucat Christmas 2025 From: InOBU Date: 17 Dec 25 - 05:24 PM Twas the night before Mudcat Christmas And all on the net, I'd been away for ages, and I started in to fret... Where's this one and that one, and what about thon, who often had words to the rarest old song. Now I'd heard of some losses, that touched my heart sore, Spaw and Kev M'Grath, and I fear there'll be more, But, well time to check in, and tell each other what, the gigs and the gags and whose been kicked in the butt (Gargole??) Now come on old friends, it's your turn to write, a few lines for the year before we get tight. |

Subject: RE: BS: Twas the night before Mucat Christmas From: Helen Date: 17 Dec 25 - 06:00 PM "BS: Twas the night before Mucat Christmas" You have been away awhile. Is that Moo-cat or Miaow-Cat? LOL I'm still here and about to celebrate my 29th Mudcat year in May next year. Still trying to flex my ex-librarian muscles, trying to help track down mystery songs, and sadly getting more and more pessimistic about the state of play in Trump's America. And still a Celtic harp music lover, but sadly not playing music with my friends at present. A merry Miaow-Cat Christmas to you and yours. |

Subject: RE: BS: Twas the night before Mucat Christmas From: InOBU Date: 17 Dec 25 - 06:56 PM Yes, I've been away for awhile. I spent over ten years building the family business into a world wide famous institution, then COVID disaster profiteers took advantage of the closing of venues like mine, so Genie and I were homeless a while, and now trying hard to get back into the real world. I've been trying to find the words to my old song, "Good Bye Aimee Gray" I can't find the bridge anywhere, is the server down, or have I forgotten how to work it??? But, anyway, I hope old and new friends add a few verses to Mudcat Christmas 25 Bless all here... |

Subject: RE: BS: Twas the night before Mudcat Christmas From: Helen Date: 17 Dec 25 - 08:38 PM This old thread refers to a video you posted on Facebook back in 2009: "Good Bye Aimee Gray" I'm not sure if it helps but it is the only reference from an internet search for Mudcat "Aimee Gray" |
