this was one of the songs we used to sing in the late 1950s/early 60s in Singapore, in the busses (garries)going to and from school:

Nobody loves me, everybody hates me
I'm gonna eat some worms
Big fat juicy ones, loooong thin slimy ones
itsy-bitzy fuzzy-wuzzy worms!

First you bite their heads off
Then you suck their guts out
Oh how they wiggle and squirm

From my Girl Scout days:

Nobody likes me. Everybody hates me.
Might as well go eat worms.
Big long fat ones; little tiny skinny ones,
see how they wiggle and squirm!

First, you bite their heads off,
Then you suck the juice out,
Then you throw the skins away (unless you like them),
Nobody knows why I eat worms,
Three times a day!
