I can't recall that we have ever had a thread about this, but I know at least a few Catters who fit..... Who here has or managed/s a biz that involves markup, record-keeping, and marketing?

Well I had a small Restaurant whyich I ran for 12 yrs or so. It had "cover" for 28 plus outside , weather permitting, a further 20. It was in a Summer Resort. Can I attempt any assistance ?

Thanks; I'm not looking for assistance so much as a general idea who around here is doing what kind of retail.

But a friend of mine is in the third year of a small restaurant that she'd like to expand, and I worry that her cash flow may not support her ideas. If you have something to share on that, fire away as long as you don't mind me quoting your posts to her. One area of possible expansion is catering.
