Dear stupid idiots,
Your firebomb 7 phones need never heat up to combustibility.
All you need do is add a thermal expanding plastic wafer to one of the power leads that is no more than 2x2mm. when it gets hot it expands and cuts power. This may be inconvenient for the user but it will never get hot.
The real expense for the re engineering would be an interim low power back up add on to fill in while the unit cooled.

I am incredibly stupid and I know how to fix your phones. Why didn't you?

btw the inventor of the thermal expanding plastic is a woman who made this plastic over a year ago.

Well bollocks.. I said that 4 years ago
when their UK Customer service messed us about over several months
and refused to take responsibility for fixing our brand new Samsung TV that never worked properly right out of the box..

Even the wife was so pissed off she replaced her much loved Samsung Galaxy 2 with a Sony Xperia, which she now much prefers...

Just read in today's paper that the Note 7 has now been scrapped by Samsung and will no longer be produced.

Punk.. My experience was ditto to yours. We had to pay to fix it but it has worked ever since.

Samsung has decided to take a total loss on the galaxy 7 instead of do my fix.

I bet if someone emailed Samsung with my fix they would steal it
