After a night on German lager long ago I found myself out of Minehead in Somerset. Now I'm not often in Ebriate.

Stay out of Vain. People just go there to die. And we all know what happens to people in Effigy.

I currently live in SIN which seems to be quite popular being in close proximity to VAIN, a place some people go to die in, and just a short drive from HOPE(another popular place to live).
For entertainment we often go drinking in MODERATION.
We're not sure wether to go to BUGGERY for our annual holiday or spend a fortnight at LOGGERHEADS.

The first verse of my farewell ode to Michigan:

G
I've been shafted in Shaftsburg,
-----C--------------------G
Been lynched in Lynchburg town;
---------------------------
I've been sharpened in Flint,
----A-----------------D
And Highland's got me down;
---G
I'm all washed up in Bath,
C----------------G
Impaled in Lansing too;
------------------------E
Yes, I've been shafted in Shaftsburg,
-----A----------D-----G
Come on and get shafted too!
------------------------E
Yes, I've been shafted in Shaftsburg,
-----A----------D-----G
Come on and get shafted too!

There are nine more equally brilliant verses if anyone is interested.

Cheerily,
Charley Noble

Charlie ... You'll find that "Gig Harbor" (Washington) has REALLY grown the last ten years. I can't say the same of "Dismal Seepage," Wyoming. Bob

If you turn right off the A417 between Wantage & Stanford in the Vale at a sign that says "Weak Bridge" you will end up in Denchworth without passing through another village, so where is Weak Bridge?

Also where is Ausgang in Germany? there are signs at every exit on the Auotbhans pointing to it? but I never found it!

Regards skipy

Dismal Seepage, Wyoming was SOOOO small that when you drove into town, you saw the sign "Welcome to Dismal Seepage." If you stopped and looked at the OTHER side of the sign, it also said "Welcome to Dismal Seepage!" Bob

Hope to see you soon Red & White.

Of course, like everyone else I was searching around to find some crazy name and looked up one of my favorites, Messing in Essex, England. AND much to my surpise I find that it's greatest claim to fame its that it's the ancestral home of the Bush family here.

How appropriate!

A man asks a girl for a dance. He manages to tread on her toes several times. "I'm sorry", he says. "I'm just a little stiff from rugby."

"I don't care where you come from", she says. "You're not dancing with me again."

Of course, you could also be a little stiff from Badminton. Or Saling, near Braintree in Essex.

And, of course, you can also be born just outside Wedlock, which I believe is in Berkshire.
