The quaternian beat goes on
Time may rotate like a spiral with some dimensionality. Thats my wild guess. The math for that could be Hamiltonian ijk imaginary numbers.
Its all beyond my ken. Just like matter tells spacetime how to curve, gravity could tell time how to move. We/I don't even know if time has any granular structure or if it is a basic force.

Time has questions to answer that's for sure. As for our own time, scientists have found 2 genes that can reset the age of a cell. Its been decades since we found the 4 genes that transforms any cell into a stem cell.
Doing this one cell at a time to live longer is not practical.
But there is progress and telomeres to consider. Aging may not be what we have accepted it to be.

Today we can delay aging by 2 months for every year we live.
Stopping aging is called escape velocity when age is delayed a year for every year alive.

AI has solved the problem of protein folding among most proteins. It is likely AI will play a role in life extension.

In the movie 2001, the scene where a space station is spinning its outer ring for artificial gravity as Strauss plays and a shuttle matches the spin for docking, the rim is spinning at 3 Gs. 1G turns out to be too slow for cinematography and soundtrack.

We are fish in all sorts of 'water', 'fields' ,and 'forces'.
Curved space time is easy to understand but the Higgs field and other fantastic fields are mind blowing.

More massive than any dinosaur, the Blue whale is weightless in its world of water. Likewise, a lifeform inside a UAP/UFO is weightless without inertia in fields we have yet to understand. Connected or not, we don't know how to travel at Mach 60 and make what appears to be an immediate right-hand turn.
