For a more accurate read of the unique individual that he is, the placements of ALL the planets, not just the sun, at the moment he was born must be taken into account. The Moon rules Cancer, and Ivor's Moon is in Libra. His Neptune, too. Libra is the Scales, here to learn/practice/showcase the delicate art of balance in relationship.
