Ahh Amos, yer just shy a few decades.... but my girl will see that age in just a few days.

It's been a quiet day after a very hectic weekend. But the pageant went off well -- the cast actually made it despite the weather. Times are still interesting, but no complaints.

Extra and special birthday greetings and wishes to all of you whose BDs get lost amidst the midwinter holidays.

I campaigned hard for a half birthday celebration, but by the time I got the idea all my cousins began graduation and wedding celebrations.... my folks didn't think it was a great idea.

but my folks did remember to buy birthday paper for birthday presents. I definately remember feeling short-changed when a present came in Christmas paper and folks said "this is for your birthday and Christmas" UGH!

Thanks for the thought kat and I hope you all had a great birthday. Mine on the 19th brought up to 18 inches of snow to Connecticut. Tinker, dwditty and Alice I wish you all a happy birthday and Merry Christmas (separately, of course. Lots of music and happiness in the new year.
