Subject: RE: BS: Starbucks offer muffin From: Genie Date: 09 Oct 09 - 03:16 PM Oh, wow! Just what I need: spend a buck for the gas to drive to a coffee shop owned by a giant, non-local corporation to get 500+ empty calories that I don't really need - free! Think I'll brew myself some gourmet coffee (thanks to Trader Joe's) at home for about 50 cents and have that with a MoJo or Luna Bar (for another buck). *g* |

Subject: RE: BS: Starbucks offer muffin From: gnu Date: 09 Oct 09 - 03:54 PM Ahhhh, unless ya know the story of Jesus On The Wall Up Ta Tims... in Sydney, Cape Breton, Canada... an image of Jesus appeared in the Brickwork of the wall of the Tims. A CBC comedy show did a skit about it and it was "Jesus up ta Tim's" or some such, by the show "This Hour Has 22 Minutes". |
