Latest Los Vegas odds on California voters approvin' a "refer"endum to legalize pot are 7-4 in favor... So, if ya'll thought that Amosafornia was the pot capital of the US before then just wait!!! Yep, word on the street is that they're have pot vending machine in the high schools and court buildings...
