Me, I'm havin' some whiskey here, and a good cigar, and I'm watchin' old Mary Tyler Moore episodes that I rented at the video store. She was really cute! Man, I wish I had a time machine, I'd got back there and look her up.

Man, hold onto yer limb there, Chongz 'cause ol' hillbilly has a Mary Tyler Moore true story... Back when I was growing up in Falls Church there was this actress lady who was Alice on the Jackie Gleason Show and, well, she used to pay me to rake leaves, weed her flower beds and chase her around her bedroom... Ahhhhh, no, not that bedroom part... Hey, I was 14-15??? But Miss Meadows, she look good...

Anyway, I was over at Miss Meadows doin' somethin' one Saturday when bigass Chrysler Imperial pull down the driveway and Mary Tyler Moore get the heck out... I mean, this was right 'round when she was on the Dick Van Dyke Show and every 14-15 year old boy in America was in love... June Cleever, goodbye... New girl in town... And there she was there standin' 20 feet from me talkin' with Miss Meadows...

That poor Audrey, she hadda put up with that idiot Ralph Kramden...I mean when she was playin' Alice Kramden. I would popped that sucker in the chops the first time he started yellin' his fool head off at me...POW! To the Moon, Ralphie, baby!

Well, I donno about punchin' on Ralph, Chongz... I mean, he was a purdy big boy... And Miss Meadows weren't... No matter, punch 'er no punch...

...that's the way I remembers it... Miss Meadows didn't live there all the time, however but it was her family home where she'd be there some times... Heck, I met James Arness, too... His sister lived right next door to us and I played with his newphew, Boone... Yeah, that was the poor kids name... His daddy was a test pilot (wink, wink) which meant back then that he flew spy planes...

Man, did ya'll know that these pudders is CD players??? What else can they do??? I mean, I was thinkin' along the lines of weedin' P-Vine flowers... 'Er inventin' THC... No, no... Invenetions??? Lemme give ol' Al a call on that one...

Ralph would have had his hands full with Chongo. Damn shame they never thought of bringing a chimp onto the set for one of those Honeymooners' episodes. I'd love to have seen the looks on Ralph's and Norton's faces when Chongo walked in, all decked out in fedora and loud sports jacket. It would have been quite the confrontation. I'm envisioning Chongo playing the part of a door-to-door salesman who is selling Ronco Turnip Twaddlers. He fast talks Ralph and Norton into investing all their money in Ronco Turnip Twaddlers, then leaves them holding the bag. The whole place is full of boxes of turnip twaddlers that on one will buy. Alice and the other gal (Norton's wife) go berserk!
