Problem is, you would have to cork both ends....corking the mouth would be no problem, that's just a bunch of hot air...but who really wants to get near enough to the other end to plug it?

I've got a good sized expansion plug that I got to plug the pipe from a basement terlet to keep it from backing up until we got a new sewage pump in. Maybe, just maybe, that might be enough to hold.

Wash. board nixes 'butt' billboards

KENNEWICK, Wash. — A health board in Washington state has reversed itself and voted against endorsing a ... campaign that uses billboards saying,

      "What's up your butt?"

The Tri-City Herald reports that Wednesday's vote by the Benton Franklin Health District in Kennewick, Wash., was in response to complaints the ads are in poor taste.

The butt billboards were earlier displayed in Yakima to raise colorectal cancer awareness and encourage people to get screened for the disease.
