On that whole "polishing a turd" thing, I'm betting it's possible. You can polish mud and come up with a dorodango. I'm guessing you could polish a large-is turd, and call it a doroDUNGo. I think it's likely no one would want to, and a high fiber content would definitely wreck it.

A few months ago the TV Mythbusters proved that you really can polish a turd. I won't remember what critter it was from, but they polished it to a nice gloss.

Something has to be done about Jacqui; it's hard for anyone else to come off as really classy, so long as she's around for comparison.

Bobert - I'm just happy the second shawl made it to the correct address.

Kendall didn't get a shawl - he got a bedspread - you can see it
here. It's a bit too big for him to wear.

There are a bunch of us who have been recipients of Jacqui's largesse and passion for keeping her fingers busy. MMario has done a lot of them, too. In fact, we even have a thread for the Handmade Catters Shawl Recipient Club.

Jeri, thanks for the next project for Morgan and I to do...mudballs...wonderful. My sisters once made mud cookies and it was told me that my brother started to eat one before he realised what it was!
